Owners may have relative interests in the property they use, the property area in which they work, the property areas in their respective membership affiliation groups, or in the general tax base of the entire community. Losses are covered based on shared interests and reasonable exposure, with the opportunity to seek higher risk programs with customized reinsurance opportunities. As each of our members contributes to the growth of a community asset pool, the limitations on liability may be extended to the reinsurance market creatively.
